Ananda Yoga Classes with Jo

My name is Jo Welch and I teach a gentle style of Hatha Yoga which incorporates asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing practices) into mindful movement and breath work along with relaxation techniques and meditation. 

Ananda means “bliss”, the state of "utter joy" and “contentment”. My aim is to bring balance to your body and mind and to leave you feeling peaceful and uplifted.
​Serving yoga students from Fair Oak, Horton Heath, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh, Winchester and Southampton, I offer public and private yoga classes, corporate yoga classes and yoga and mindfulness workshops.
