Public classes

​​Jo teaches a gentle Hatha Yoga practice led by the breath, exploring various asana (physical postures) with options and modifications. Each session completes with a meditation or relaxation. Come every week or drop in when you can.​​
Public Ananda Yoga classes are all one hour long and most follow the dates of the school term (University of Southampton classes vary).​​

Come every week or drop in when you can.

"Class Pass" cards can be used at any Ananda Yoga class on any day and do not have to be used over consecutive weeks. Just bring your card along to each session that you attend and get it ticked off. All classes should be taken within three months (or 12 weeks of Ananda Yoga classes) after the first class attended.

As part of The Point's "Summer Social" events, I will be teaching the first two Sundays of yoga. All the family are welcome to join in.

Let your body relax into Summer...

Working with bolsters and blankets, a combination of gentle yoga and long holds in Yin postures will allow your body to release deep held tension. Settle into a cosy relaxation position to finish with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to leave you feeling restored and refreshed.

Corporate & Private Tuition

Jo has run yoga classes for the BBC and Eastleigh Borough Council and regularly teaches Mindful Yoga for private groups at Solent Mind, Eastleigh and Leigh House Hospital, Winchester.​​
​​
Corporate clients may wish to offer space to run a one off or regular lunchtime or after work yoga class to their employees or Jo can develop specially tailored one off workshops (for example on stress relief, back pain, mental resilience or mindfulness).
